Raven Richardson - Hello beautiful people!! My name is Raven Richardson and I am a licensed esthetician in Cincinnati,Ohio. I have been an Advanced Esthetician for 5 years now and I love what I do. Making people comfortable in their skin is my passion. Building confidence in men and women whether it’s a brighter smile, smooth waxed skin, or starting your skincare journey is what I am called to do and I’m glad that I am able to share my expertise with you all. LaMia Edwards - LaMia is an Advance Licensed Esthetician and a third generation beauty professional. She is certified in Eyelash extensions as well as microdermabrasion and Dermaplane. She also offers full service waxing and facials. She is trained in makeup additionally, from John Casablancas Modeling & Career Center after winning the 2009 Miss Teen Cincinnati pageant, where she awarded a scholarship to attend the school. She has worked with various makeup teams with The Beauty Underground at several seasons of the Official New York Fashion Week as well as Denver Fashion Week. She has also done makeup for countless designers as well as photo shoots resulting in numerous publications. LaMia is passionate about her craft and hopes to be the change she wants to see in the skincare industry with her own natural skincare line Flawless Skin Cosmetics.

Crystal Gayle - I am so blessed and honored to be nominated for this award. My medical spa, Crystal Gayle Aesthetics, means the world to me. We opened up a year and a half ago in Gahanna and have not looked back since! From my amazing clients, to my gorgeous staff, I truly have a second family that I would die for! My clients are everything to me. That feeling of boosting someone's confidence and transforming their skin is indescribable. I truly love going into work everyday because it simply does not feel like work! I can't wait to see what this next year holds.

Leana James - Hello, my name is Leana James I’m a Los Angeles native living in Columbus, Ohio. I run a Beauty Shop filled with nails techs and estheticians along side my husbands barber shop in Columbus, Ohio. I have 4 children and still find ways to perfect my craft in this industry. I have been a licensed esthetician for 6 years and my specialty as an esthetician are Lashes & Brow Wax/Tints.

Kayla Joiner - Hello , my name is Kayla Joiner owner & founder of Flaws & All Beauty . I graduated Esthetics school in 2019 from Moler Pickens Beauty Academy and am now a Licensed Esthetician. I absolutely love what I do , I love the feeling of being able to help others feel good and confident about themselves . I plan to further my education in nursing to eventually be on the medical side of of esthetics and open my very own med spa ! I knew I found the right career choice when I woke up everyday looking forward to going to work and the independence of being my own boss and making my own schedule was so rewarding ! My plan is to also help other young estheticians by offering classes and mentorship as well I love to teach and give back knowledge that was given to me ! I’m super astounded to be nominated for this award and I appreciate the opportunity !
