We will review all applications within 1-2 business days. If approved, you will be given 3 days to make payment via email/text link. If your application is denied, you will receive an email stating that it was denied (note: you may ask for the reason of denial). We will have a diversity of vendors so that your brand can stand out (example: there will not be two of the same companies present or too many of the same type of products).
The earliest time for table set up is 12:30 PM on day of the event (August 14, 2022). Event will be held at the Embassy Suites By Hilton Columbus Airport at the address: 2886 Airport Dr, Columbus, OH, 43219. The following events will occur throughout the day (times subject to change): Doors open at 2:00PM; 3:00PM - Buckeye Talent Awards™; 5:30PM Buckeye Hair Fashion Awards® Show. You will be granted access to be a vendor at all of these events. We estimate that the awards will end around 7:30PM and request for all vendors to leave venue no later than 9:00PM (Times can change. Speak to your representative for updates. An additional fee will be charged billed at $50/hour if you or any of your materials are inside the venue after this time).
